Belief is still an idea of psychological state in which an individual holds a proposition or premise to be true. The relationship between belief and knowledge is subtle. Believers in a claim typically say that they know that claim. For instance, those who believe that the Sun is a god will often report that they know that the Sun is a god.
Santería is a syncretic religion of Caribbean origin. Also known as Regla de Ocha, La Regla Lucumi, or Lukumi. Ọṣun is beneficent and generous, and very kind. She does, however, have a horrific temper, though it is difficult to anger her. Osun is the “unseen mother present at every gathering.”

Jihad means “to strive or struggle” (in the way of God) and is considered the “Sixth Pillar of Islam” by a minority of Sunni Muslim authorities. The word Islam is a verbal noun originating from the triliteral root s-l-m, and is derived from the Arabic verb Aslama, which means “to accept, surrender or submit.” Muhammad gained few followers early on, and was met with hostility from some Meccan tribes; he and his followers were treated harshly. Christianity has played a prominent role in the shaping of Western civilization at least since the 4th century. Creeds (from Latin credo meaning “I believe”) are concise doctrinal statements or confessions, usually of religious beliefs. Trinity refers to the teaching that the one God comprises three distinct, eternally co-existing persons; the Father, the Son (incarnate in Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit.
