Police asked for the public’s help tonight in finding a 13-year-old girl missing from the Englewood neighborhood on the city’s South Side.

Daetriana Reed, whose nickname is Daetri, was reported missing from the 5700 block of South Elizabeth Street on Saturday, according to a missing persons alert issued by police. She might be in the area of 63rd and Halsted streets and 59th and Bishop streets.

Daetriana is described in the alert as black, 5-foot-5, 110 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and a medium brown complexion. She has a green birthmark above her right eyebrow.

Anyone with information about Daetriana’s whereabouts should call 911 or the Wentworth Area Special Victims Unit at 312-747-8385.
